📬 USPS Mailbox Requirement

IMPORTANT: USPS will not deliver to homes without a physical mailbox. If you do not have one, please provide a PO Box or use the "Note" section at checkout to request accommodations. You can also text us at 518-400-0765.

🚚 Delivery Timelines

Most in-stock items arrive within 7 days. Please allow up to 2 weeks for standard ground delivery via FedEx or UPS.

Note: Promotional items (watches, pins, etc.) may take 4-6 weeks for delivery.

🚛 Carriers & Free Shipping

We utilize UPS, FedEx, Spee-Dee, and USPS to ensure the most efficient delivery based on your location.

Free Shipping: This offer is not sitewide and only applies to specific flagpole kits as marked on their individual product pages. When available, free shipping is guaranteed for Ground Shipping only.

⚠️ Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your package within 24 hours. To file a claim for damaged goods, we require:

  • Photos of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
  • A photo of the shipping label and packing list.
  • Email to info@atlanticflagpole.com or text 518-400-0765.

❌ Order Cancellations

You have a 30-minute window to cancel after ordering. After that, cancellation requests are sent to our fulfillment center but are not guaranteed.
